This page exists to inform you of your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). The short version: Eight IT does not sell or share your personal information.
We don't sell or share your data
Eight IT does not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140(ad)). We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by the CPRA (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140(ah)).
We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve months.
What we collect
The only personal information we collect through this website is what you voluntarily provide via our contact form: your name, email address, and message. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry. For full details on our data handling practices, see our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. After you accept the privacy notice, it can additionally load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts and Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-spam protection on contact forms). Until you accept, neither is loaded. None of these constitutes a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under CCPA/CPRA. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies.

- Request deletion of personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (not applicable — we don't sell or share)
- Non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights
